These terms apply when you play Silhouette, including on the web, as a Discord Activity, or through app stores.

Using the Game

You may use Silhouette for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the game, attempt to break its services, reverse engineer platform integrations, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Accounts and Platforms

Silhouette does not require a dedicated Silhouette account. If you access the game through Discord, Apple, Google, or another platform, your use of that platform is also governed by that platform's terms.

Game Progress

Progress, settings, daily challenge results, and unlocked content may be stored locally on your device or browser. We do not guarantee that local progress will always be preserved, especially if browser storage is cleared, the app is deleted, or platform storage changes.

Intellectual Property

Silhouette, including its artwork, code, audio, design, name, and related materials, belongs to Warui Tensai Foundation / PlayThese.WTF or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of those materials.

Availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Silhouette at any time. The game is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warui Tensai Foundation / PlayThese.WTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Silhouette.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Silhouette after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
